did some KB swinging! 210 swings in 10 minutes. not good.
went to greenlake and since i didn't see anyone, i longboarded around the lake
later, i put mikey through a workout that looked something like:
25 squats
30 kb deadlifts
30 kb sldl
20 dips
10 pushups
x 3 rounds
then
15 one-arm rows x4
